Our in-house indirect extrusion plant specializes in producing tight tolerance, rapid turnaround and more complicated profiles. We will also source profiles outside our production range from our Australian and offshore associates to ensure we supply the product you need at competitive prices.

ALLOYS:
AA6060, 6063, 6061, 6106, 3003, 9007 are our standard alloys. We will also consider other alloys eg. 6262, 3004 etc

LENGTH:
Our standard length range is 2000-6500mm. We are able to offer cut-to-length service from 10mm and extra long lengths to maximum of 8000mm upon enquiry.

SHAPES:
Complex hollows & solids; thinner wall thickness to 0.9mm; tighter tolerances to +/- 0.15mm (on OD).

FINISHING:
Anodising, brightening, powder coating & bead blasting to your specific requirements.

MINIMUM LOTS:
We are happy to receive your orders large and small.

DELIVERY:
Our normal lead time is 3-5 weeks from order but we'll always try to satisfy your more urgent needs. Delivery free of charge for Sydney, Central Coast, Melbourne and Brisbane, subject to a drop charge for 150kg orders or less.

DIES:
Solid profiles - minimum $1500; 10-15 working days
Hollow profiles - approx $2300 - $4000 depending on complexity; 15-20 working days
